The first step!

"Today at least 75 percent of the world’s fish stocks are considered as fully exploited, overexploited or depleted." - Greenpeace

Let us foodies send a wake up call for our readers!

Check the fish recipes in your blog for endangered species and mark them with our warning signs.

NO GO!

Rather don't!

It is ok!

How do I know what fish to mark?

You find many fish lists on the web, I suggest we stick to this one
here, and if you do not find a particular fish on it, then check out this one. The above mentioned list in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese.

(There is a smaller jungle of lists out there...and you even find some contradicitons, therefore I picked the list linked above, at least for the time being, because those species need urgent help, so those are absolute NO GOs!)

Bought a NO GO yesterday?
It is time to act TODAY!

There is hope for the fish yet!

Don’t buy seafood if you don’t know where it is from!

So, ich bin jetzt auch mit dabei und überlege gerade, ob man diese Aktion nicht auch noch für deutschsprachige Blogger übersetzen sollte...
